I just worked something out might be worth a shot, disconnect the wiring to cas use a flat micro screw driver and push the metal to make them all square then i used electrical cleaner. got mine to start doing this

Il have a look tomorow after work. Couldnt get a fuel pressure tester today as my local store has none in stock and wont until the new year. Will see if i can get the local mechanic to xome around and look

Ended up being something in the body loom. Not 100% sure what but shes parted out now
