Nice. I wouldn't have thought that a new stick shroad could make that much difference but the fact that it has is fantastic. Keep the news coming!!

Cheers mate ;) I'm currently lining up new valvetrain components to suit some nasty cam I have an idea about... Have a tuner lined up keen to do it too. All that's gonna happen after I go skiing end of this month.

Makes a difference yes. Mine' s worn out again, so I'm using thick cotton matting.

Also is tapatalk no longer available for this page?

Took the car down to Eastern Creek for a 1/4 mile attempt. Borrowed a set of Direzza semi slicks and had some fun.

First run was just feeling it out, went 15 flat.

After that tho...

Best time of the day was 13.32 at 106.5MPH, which I am super happy with for my first time at the strip, and for an unopened Commodore that weighed in at 1860kg haha.



Got a lot of gopro footage and a few photos to sort through, but I'll post them up in due time.
