wagon rear seat belt removal & install

Hi I have been trying to find information on how to remove & reinstall the rear seat belts in a 2004 VZ wagon as i recently had to take the car for rego inspection and they said the belts & buckles were twisted (which i believe is from the last owner doing work on the car & reinstalled them all incorrectly) so i need to get them sorted before i take it back for rego inspection.

Surprised a mechanic worthy of doing an inspection couldn't find the ability to remove an anchor bolt and remount belt.

It's not their problem and they don't get paid to do that, but they get paid when the car comes back for a re-inspection.
