Problem Solvered.
To help the next person, here is what I learned.
SYMPTOMS:
- Climate Control AC system
- AC Fan only works on HIGH position
CAUSE (MOST PROBABLE)
- The Ventilation Motor Contol (VMC faulty)
DETAILS
The VMC is a kinda electronically controlled resisitor. It is located in the SAME place as the fan resistor pack in the models with a manual fan speed switch. That location is to the right of the ventilation fan, behind the glove box. I used a Gregory's workshop manual for Commodores -1997-1999 to learn how to remove the glove box and get to the VMC.
MY VMC FAULT
It was a bad solder on one of the legs of the power transisitor of the VMC. I just resoldered that joint, and it worked fine.
Thanks for all the feedback from you guys.
