Citrus oil can put the kibosh on the ferment pretty darn quick. Have you tried making Hoegärten?
Coriander seeds and curaçao orange peel called laraha, but look into orange oil content dried vs fresh during prep.
Ended up with batch of cloudy herbaceous wit and low carbonation you can’t give away!

No I haven't , not sure I'd even heard of it . So just looked online Dan Murphy's got their white beer, might have to get a 4pack to try.
Going to keg and bottle my stout on Sunday, ( hopefully let it mature for 6 weeks ), and then I can rack my next one , a passionfruit IPA ( hopefully sweetish).
With winter approaching was thinking a few darker/heavier beers , hence why I was already thinking a porter for the next one (I'd forgotten I had that dusty miner one sitting in a box patiently waiting to be consumed) and try and alternate between them and something lighter easier to drink and therefore have one of each in the fridge majority of the time.
See how that works, I'll probably get a hankering for something and throw that plan right out the window.

Had to Google that to find out what is was . Never had vodka, what's it like? , what do you mix it with?
