some of the small independent brewery's in NZ are producing really good ales and lagers , many starting out as people making home brews , one from Wellington called Pan Head Brewery , makes a lovely IPA , while expensive at around $20 for a 6 pack , now and again its worth the expense

Panhead is awesome.
And named after a 50's harley engine too.

Lol over here $20 for a 6 pack seems normal and even cheap . Unless it's tooheys or xxxx or other main stream beer.
$19 for coopers sparkling ale or James squire. $21-- $25 for most craft beers and some of them are only 4 pack.
That Deep Creek one was $30 for 4 x440ml cans, they were calling to me in a very weak moment . Won't be having them very often , unfortunately.

That wine goes well with some Smoked Gouda cheese on toasted unbleached flour bread, pan toasted with Olive Oil.

prefer the Lewis Road Creamery Whittaker's chocolate milk personally , but that one is good too .

Good lemonade, just water, sugar and lemons. No preservatives and additives. Fantastic product but pricey.

I don't mind the Lewis Road stuff but I much prefer a dark chocolate and hence the Puhoi as it's not a sweet.
