yea but if i was going to do that Id prob just buy a recond diff center with a LSD and dont really wont to spend that much at the moment..haha..might just do the extractors first, then some interior work

Got a 3.7's LSD dif custom made for $900. Extractors (at cost price) + custom made exhaust cost me more lol.

yea i know the diffs are about $900, but Im a apprentice mechanic and i can get the headers for cost price, which is about $500

Why not just a buy a second hand 3.46 LSD Holden or HSV diff from a wrecker, can be had for around $500 and the V8 ones are M80's not the M78 that the V6's come with.
btw they bolt straight in.
Have recommended this to a couple of friends and they say its the best mod they have done, car feels more powerful yet doesn't seem to use any more fuel around the city.

Oh yea. I bearly do any town driving tho. What revs would it be doing at 100kmph approx??

I had 3.46 gears in my sv6, fuel was the same at 100km/h
