Back to the original post for a moment. It's most likely a fuel problem, dodgy regulator or a few leaking injectors. trying swapping those over from some others

the one way valve in the fuel pump could cause hard starting, not holding a minimal amount of pressure in the fuel rail

i got gas dont need to wait for the pump :D

My old car with LPG was a biatch to start, it had a minor flooding problem. Fella at work gave me the idea of fitting a kill switch to the gas solenoid so that I could kill fuel supply during starting, unfortunately I never got round to trying it.

The VN starts first time every time! I love EFI! When starting from cold I just turn the key. Sometimes when it's already warm and I'm out the front of the local shops I'll give it a bit of throttle as soon as it fires, just to alarm passing tourist pedestrians, ya see they really need to know exactly how much of a tool I am, and to get outta my way.

The VL starts up first go, alot of the time. (I usually turn it to acc and wait a couple of secs, then turn it over)

It's been misfiring a bit lately, so I can't just drive off.

Needs to be wamred up a bit first.
