When boosting alloytecs what needs to be reinforced

There are no aftermarket blocks for the ecotec. So 1000rwhp stock block V6 ecotec.

I know there was someone who did a tubro alloytec way back when they first come out, he had a twin turbo ecotec and I think he was running 8's back then and then converted to an alloytec. I believe it was in a 2nd gen Commodore. I'll see if I can find it later.

It could probably make 1000HP, but if it can do it reliably is a different story...

I assume you want to daily drive it, so.......

800 hp wet shot of NOS, and let it eat

Then use a shovel and bucket to pickup the engine, transmission, hell, the whole drivetrain off the ground

Rhe only supporting mods you will need is a fire extinguisher and probably the ambos on speed dial

Then work out what you did wrong

You could go spend 2 years backpacking in Europe. Bang a bunch of hot German or French chicks (or dudes as your wants may be), do some adventurous things on some mountains, go to raves and have memories that you take with you for the rest of your life. Then come back and drop a deposit on a house.

Or build Australias first 1000Hp V6 VF Shopping Trolley and watch it do what is mentioned above by GingerBeer.
