does it cough or anything when you try to start
still try the aerostart
and try holding accelerator pedal to floor when cranking (clear flood mode)
Yeah it does, I'd love to post a video here but I can't. I cranks really fast because its sort of firing and helping it turn over.

I think I mentioned it earlier, but I've comp tested it and it's got good compression.

I tried aerostart this morning and it didn't start or even try to run any more than it has been. Which has me screwed :( ideas?

I got hold of an actual AC Delco tech2 today through my workplace so I'm gonna hook that up in the morning and hope it shows me some more live data than a snap-on scan tool.

Sounds scary but I will try it hahah
its not scary
it just disables fuel when cranking
and if your engine is flooded it may fire up
many people do it to build oil pressure before starting

Take the return line off, put it in a bottle and turn the key to on and see if fuel flows. I wonder if the old reg blew the diaphragm and maybe blocked the return line.

That's one of the main things I've been thinking about, if there's a possible blockage somewhere.

I've got a few things to try still haha

If the fpr is like that, wonder what the fuel filter & injectors are like?
I've replaced them, the injectors were pretty gunked but the fuel filter was OK haha. Go figure
