Aaaha.... I see you have come across the reason for the exxxie battery replacement quotes you will soon receive ;)

The battery is usually one of the easier replacement items, wouldn't you agree? Yes... hmmm, well if you own a ZB V6 you will be sorely disappointed
from what I've been told, the battery wont just lift out of its little compartment  you need to remove the 'Rear Compartment Sidewall Panel - Left Side' before you can get enough access to remove the retainers, nuts etc to the finally get the bastard out! Its do-able, just a little more time & effort needed compared to EVERY OTHER NORMAL CAR!!!

this might help visualise the requirements....

Anyway best of luck
Absolutely had to do this. Three internal panels.. the floor, the back lip, and the side panel. There's also a foot that needs to be unbolted. The fuse panel needs to be levered away because it also clips in at the side.

Anyway, 9 volts with no load, and 50 amps and 2 volts under load, ending in $430 for a replacement battery. ‍♂️

its pretty much the same in the ve/vf and once you have done it a few times you just end up leaving most of it in place and just bend the panel down and rip the battery out.

at least you can change a headlight bulb without having to remove a wheel or having to unbolt and bend back guard panels :p

I saw a post on Reddit of someone showing pics of their new headlights on their VE or VF, and the whole bumper was off.
