Normally how long do Holden take to reply for an Email?

On both occasions, my emails were answered in around a day.

I think it depends on how hard the question is, I've asked a couple of questions to which I never got a reply.

Holden Customer Care were no help at all.
This is the question I sent them.

"I have 2014 VF Commodore SV6 Storm (VIN 6G1FB5E36ELxxxxxx.)
I received an email stating that new maps are available for the Satellite Navigation.
Do these new maps have the ability to display speed & safety camera locations as POIs?

If yes, does my model have the ability to set alerts for these cameras as per the attached image, or even display them on the screen?

The attached image is from 2017 model, I do not have these option in my menu.
Can my system be updated to give alerts, or is it only for newer models?"

I get that a lot on Satellite Tv aca 4K tv stuff and Sat Boxes forums. I got Frustrated today and I said to two members " JUST THINK YOU ARE IN A COURT AND THE PROSECUTOR ASK YOU A QUESTION AND YOUR ANSWER WILL BE YES OR NO. WHICH ONE IS IT!!!!!!!. I hate it when people go around the question or maybe they don't know the Answer.
