yep the vr senators have self levelling rear shocks using air and a compressor. im not sure if you can disable the compressor or not, but another option is to get shocks to suit which dont utilise the leveling.

your temp senders might be aged and not accurately measuring temp anymore. i was getting 3/4 temps before fans came on, and simply by getting a new temp sender (for the dash guage only not the ecu one) and fans were then coming on at 1/2 mark.

One of the problems i have sorted, the battery ligh no longer is on. The little positive wire with the clip running to the battery from the reg had an internal break in it so i soldered a new bit of wire to the clip and bam no more battery light. now its just purely the trans problem....
