I've found petrol from ampol/caltex to be more economical. I used fuel from Puma (get 4 cents a litre off with racq) for a few months and 7/11 but wasn't getting very good mileage from it.

Channels 7, 9 & 10 have been telling us all week there is a dangerous weather system heading for south East Queensland which was due to hit Saturday, Everyone should reconsider travel plans and stay indoors. The sun is out and there...

And what countries are the building products going to be coming from? It's easy for a country to say they have high standards for products, But who's auditing the producer? My works factory is in China, They can get any certificate we need in a couple of minutes

All week the news have been saying fuel will be cheap for the long weekend. I put 95 in yesterday it was $2.12. Have seen 91 for $1.95 at a couple of places. So I guess now $2 is cheap petrol

I always thought part of being a tradie was passing on your knowledge to apprentice's. Just like an unwritten rule of the trade. I done my trade as a baker, And anyone willing to learn I was happy to help them. Because it's better for the industry.

How many years ago was that? Smoking in pubs, clubs and eating establishments in NZ has been banned since the late 90s I believe. Could be since early 2000s. There would be some places that ignore the law, But there is still a law against it

The toll on the Logan highway was originally put there to recoup the cost of building the road, Govt said once they had the money back they would remove the toll. Guessing the road must be paid for by now, But the toll is still there. I go over the gateway bridge for work each day, Sometimes...

The nightmare would be the fact that most of the employees probably don't know the actual prices of their products, Because they just press a few buttons and its all done. Plus the times I've used cash at maccas, They have trouble working out the correct change.

My last lease renewal in August last year the rent went up 30%. Car insurance went up 28% in December last year. Power went up 30% last year. I expect my next lease renewal to go up at least 25%. I think a minister that has a portfolio should have served x about of years in that industry, It could mean that people in charge might actually make reasonable decisions. Seems like politicians just get given an industry to look after, But they have no clue about what to do
