how do i tell if i have holden assist telematics? i'm not really sure if i have. the car is pretty new to me.

well, i did notice there was a nokia phone plug as well as the factory cable stuffed down the side of the console. and also in the fuse compartment there is some sort of round sender unit floating around loose (maybee thats a bluetooth unit?) as well as a hands free mic attached to the door...

if you just are going to drop the bottom hose then refill the radiator without flush any further i guess just add a 50% mix of your concentrate with water to the radiator and bleed the air out with the bleed screw under the engine cover. you will only get about 4 litres out dropping the bottom...

if you can still hear an air leak check the vaccumm hoses too. that could cause it to run rough and are easy to fix

get a new IAC valve from holden. if they dont stock it anymore, i have had good success with repco ones. dont get a cheapy ebay one. they are shithouse. holden or repco ones arent very expensive anyway, and its easy peasy to change
