Very impressed with your dismantling and cleaning. Way beyond my enthusiasm.
Mine looks clean, but there is a bucket of red dust hiding in the private parts that you have exposed on yours.
Did you get the plastic storage trays which are supposed to be under the back seat ? Somebody has the ones from mine, and I can't find any spares.

Don't know if you have had time to follow Carsales, but I think this may be what you were initially looking for ......

Today:
• Bonnet and engine bay, started the cleaning.
• Removed the scungy bonnet insulation.
• New bonnet struts arrived and got installed.
• Steam cleaned the carpets.
• Cleaned all the dash, crevices under the dash, belt area, B-pillars, with a detailing brush and vacuum.
• Cleaned all the door jambs and hinges.
• Cleaned some of the inside of the HVAC (That I could get into) Sprayed inside what I couldn't with Canesten.

Used "De-Solv-It" to start cleaning the grey embedded grime in the engine bay paint work. Stuff is amazing. Went on to use it around the door jambs too. They are spotless now.

Removed the bonnet insulation that was all hanging off. Cleaned under there too with the citrus cleaner. It looks a bit grimey in the middle but it’s actually just an area of thinner paint.

I re-vacuumed the carpet again. Had all orange crud from the roof lining all over it. Also had to clean out all the fluff and dust up the b pillars and inside the dash, now I’ve removed all the climate panel.

Will be replacing the seals around that with a PVC foam. Much longer lasting and better seal.

The ducts will also get new seals with a different type of foam seal.

Cleaned out the shifter and trans tunnel. Lifted the carpet from the rear and got all the bits out. The carpet doesn’t smell under there so was confident a steam clean will bring out the grot.

Of note, Thanks to doing this uncovered some flaws in the panel seals at factory. Two spots weren’t sealed so well. At all. This spot is looking down next to the passenger seat. That white bit is the garage floor you can see.

The other spot is here on the trans tunnel. Luckily neither areas had evidence of water coming in (somehow). So they will get sealed up.

Cleaned the carpets.
Sprayed them first with Canesten in a 1ltr pump up sprayer, scrubbed them. Then got the cleaner into it with some super hot water.
Then I did them with the carpet cleaner that my neighbour gave me with his machine. Scrubbed them with a stiff brush. Wet vacced again.
Then a go over with just hot water.
Then vacuumed out all the water. The carpets were lightly damp after it.

I bagged up the loose connectors and srs sensors, and the electronics on the trans tunnel were covered with plastic just in case.

This was some of what came out.
