UPDATE

So a bit has happened since my last post;
- Fitted a clean chunky calais steering wheel because mine was torn
- I rolled my guards
- I bought tires and fitted my wheels 225/35 on the 19x8.5+35 and 235/35 on 19x9.5+35
- wanted more poke for the front so bought 5mm slip ons so now its 19x8.5+30 up fronts
- changed engine oil with penrite HPR10, oil filter, spark plugs and fuel filter in preparation for more boost. The spark plugs that were in there were ruined, surprised it still ran. Getting in the flow of running 98 in prep of '10psi' pulley , been running 91 cause i can because of stock boost so that may have something to do with the spark plugs condition.

Next up its going to get a full polish and wax and I'm going to detail my engine bay for C4C Vic (which I've started already so many fiddly bits!)
I need to replace my front left shock, think the shock is busted as i replaced the bearings and its still making a shocking noise when turning, might go wreckers and get a 2nd hand calais shock for the time being until i have enough money for coilovers.

The car is desperately in need of a Diff, the one in it is losing oil and sounds horrid, tossing up between 3.07 LSD for a quick cheap upgrade to LSD and getting rid of the noisy diff or saving up a bit more for 3.46 or 3.7, I've been quoted from a mate that wrecks Holdens $350 supply & fit 3.07 LSD or $550 3.46 LSD and my mechanic quoted me $200 to fit a diff so i dunno what route I'm going to go.

Stance is nice but those tyres look way undersized for the rim width (19x8.5 rim should have at least 235/35 and 9.5 rim 275 wide tyre - 235 on that rim is toooo skinny.)?
Get the 3.73 diff- will give you best acceleration over standard.

225 on a 8.5 is fine, it's hardly any stretch, 8.5 inches is 215mm so 225 is fine. People usually stretch 215 or even 205 on 8.5, 235s on the 9.5 is a bit of stretch but it's not to aggressive and it's pretty good for a daily
