Drady, thanks for that, it was the only place i didn't look.
Software details are attached - not sure what they mean. I looked through the POI and no cameras. By the way my June 2014 car had no reversing lines (or maybe straight ones - can't remember) when new then about a year ago I got them to do an up-date and I got the bendy lines.

Not sure if it is worth anything but the most recent version of the Mylink software is 92288125 which may be the version you have to be on to get the POI and camera alerts. This is shown below on the TIS website as previously mentioned. I check this on a regular basis so when my cars goes in for service I mention the most recent version to upgrade my Mylink to.

Silly question time - I enter my VIN - and there are some options, but can't see mylink? What do you select radio?

I selected radio, but none of the numbers displayed for my car match what's in my Mylink.

I get this when I put in my Vin. Does this mean they should have installed 92288125?

Yes that is correct. From what i can see all Mylink systems with Nav can be upgraded to the most recent version 92288125. So trying to understand why if that is the case that all cannot get the POI and camera alerts.

Howdy. Let me know how you go as looking at the TIS screenshot you have the latest version of the Mylink hardware as well.
