Electronics in the VF were so much better than the VE.
The VF looks more modern than this VE

.

I had a VG VIP by Chrysler in 1988 with a 318 V8. Now I drive a VF!

...And the VF scores the HUD, on-windscreen navigation, blindspot alerts, bum-warming seats, dual-zone climate control, remote key start...goodness, how long is the Treat list of the VF??:p

VE interior looks & feels like the 1985 Hyundai that my highschool mate’s parents bought for him because it was Really Cheap.
If you could drive a VE from somewhere other than it’s interior, it would have more of a chance against a VF.

True dinks. I remember my bestie's VE OMEGA for giving me very sore thighs in the back seat as we bounced and bunched over a lunar landscape 4WD track (he didn't see the sign about that...) in the Victorian alps in 2009 (just after the Black Saturday fires). I couldn't even see out the windows!! And looking ahead, I was blinded by the irritating blue/green centre console display (it can't be turned off like the VF's). The car was also gutless and struggled climbing Murchison Gap en route to Melbourne with just 3 peeps on board... Now, I did Murchison Gap in the VF last November and had to apply the brakes ... going uphill...o_O
