VT - VX Faults

Does any VT owners have these problems:

1) the covers that hide the screws in the interior fall out of random places

2) the glovebox breaks on the boot release button side.

yeah the cover (the seat controls) on the passenger seat fell of and my glovebox broke on the right hand side. any1 know a good way to fix it??? or just get new parts?

i keep all of a sudden blowing bulbs.....

All you need to do is pull the headlight switch out, the T82 "lights on" patch harness will be plugged in,
so swap it over with the other identical plug sitting there and its back to normal.

Hi. I have a VX II Calais Gen II with 75,000 ks. It has always been serviced and service booklet coupons completed etc. Lately have noticed rear knocking following motorway speeds for some duration. Symptons are sitting at lights from motorway speeds and car seems to twitch/squirm softly from rear and then with light foot ob throttle as I creep forward knocking occurs. Very distinct and feels like someone is kicking rear wheel (usually RH). Symptons continue while car is at very low speeds but seems to go when car back up to 50kph +. No known tyre wear or alignment problems. Wondered if it is rear brakes locking/unlocking; brake pedal seesm heavy when stopping from speed. Any ideas out there. Car fine in all other respects. Thanks.

Annoying thing was te cost of replacing it $19.00 at Suttons Spare parts. Bloody rip off. Cheers again.

my brother found those black latches for me on ebay for 8 bucks.

can someone confirm if the cupholder and the console flap have the same latch?

vx keeps stalling

i have a holden vx supercharged v6. It keeps stalling when its hot when it dies the power cuts out. I have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter and sparkplugs. I have taking it to 5 mechanics and no one has an idea what it is. one of the mechanics i have taking it to was a holden certified dealer and they couldent fix it plz help me i have spent hundreds on it
