Stock don't need tuning but you can if you like, once u start changing exhaust systems and such u may require a dyno tune, the bolt on mods most people make were not made with the engine when stock so things change.

How did you do that? You may have rod bearing failure which has pushed the piston up more but u should of heard a tapping noise.. buy a set or genuine plugs off ebay for 25 bucks.. what plugs are you using there?
