Have you given the sensors a spray, maybe the computer cant get a fuel air mixture because the sensors aren't picking up anything, the crc and sensor spray is just mineral alchol and you can put it in a spray bottle and spray it on the sensors soaking the dirt oil pollen crud etc. hope this helps

Wouldnt worry about fan waring out as if you have air cond on all the time the fans on any way, in hot areas like QLD i always have aircond on, in adelaide though im thinking of fitting the thermo now the heat waves have past, GREAT WRITE UP CLEAR AND LOVE THE PICS it helps a lot.

you could also spray your sensors clean with sensor spray so your fuel air mix is accutrate.

in the manual it says how to care for your car if you have cleaned it and used the products they reccommend id say yes you could, as its a fault in the material, not from an act from your self. If you however hit it with some thing on purpose or by accident they wont. Good luck hope they do it...
