I'm only a novice at car electrics, but your problem is almost definitely fuse related. If it was me I'd just start pulling and checking each fuse, maybe somone with more experience can tell you which fuse to check and where it is.

I'd guess your drawing more amps than your alternator is putting out, which would be pretty hard to do if the alternator is working properly. And/or battery is stuffed and not holding charge. Always worth checking battery first as they can just die one day. Running a sub and an amp will speed...
