I have a VZ SS 6L auto and have just bought a VY2 clubsport 3.73 lsd and tailshaft out of a 6spd manual. Are the 4l65e and t56 tailshafts the same length and if not can i use the auto tailshaft from the vz with the vy diff,it appears the pinion yoke on the vz may be slightly larger?

I have to agree with the OHMS setting on the air flow meter. My car was getting poor fuel consumption, check AFM and was reading 200 Ohms, changed it to the 382 and is going heaps better and less fuel

Air flow meter, oxygen sensor and water temp sensor are the main reason for poor consumption in these engines. I swapped the AFM and oxygen sensor in mine and gained about 80 - 100 kms per tank.
