Does anyone by any chance know what's involved in changing a seatbelt in a vy? I am pretty sure it's busted as it does not retract anymore it just hangs out. Thanks in advance

Hi my bro has a vs v6 turbo ute that apparently has a vx engine in it. its running 5 pound boost at the moment. the engine is completely standard inside. whats the max boost in your opinion you can go to without re-building the engine? Cheers

Always use to do oil changes myself on my vr, but now i got the vy i have always taken it to holden but i have moved back to my own state and know someone who works for Holden so he just does back yard jobs :D

Mine did that exact same thing. it would beep really quick a few times when it didnt lock i had to keep pushing it down to lock and pull it up to let ppl in. but mine eventually come right without doing anything and has been ok for 3 months now. its as if me manually doing it for a while...

Just recently got the mafless tune done i was pretty happy with it, reckon i might go the diff next the guy that did the tune reckons its the way to go aswell, then ill have to look at extractors and cats. money is so easily spent on these things!

I got no suggestions but i had exactly the same problem with my vy, wanted to look at the brakes but had to much trouble getting the wheel off so i just gave up haha. but yeah its weird

There finally in, was a few days ago but only just got round to posting pics. pretty happy with the result. the pics dont do much justice for it though the brand is drift and i got a oil pressure and water temp

Dont know if this will help much but holden told me i had a leak round my sump and just to change the gasket was quoted $1750 and thats with keeping my old sump to.

i would go the VR over all them. i am not a fan at all of the VP look and i like the buicks in the vn to vr than the ecotecs. better feel to drive i reckon.

heya just a random probably simple question. i have had my vy ss s2 about a year now and when i lock it i press the lock button twice so it dead locks, anyway 2 days ago i did it as normal and my horn beeped 4 times real quick? any idea what that means?

yep i agree there bad drivers, lived there for a bit under 2 years and always had ppl going in the right hand lane atleast 10 k's under the limit and always ended up getting pissed off everytime i drove somewhere!

how long did you wait for them too turn off? mine take a little bit sometimes but to eventually go off.
