Nah, I bought a 10"fusion sub box with built in amp on clearance for $80 instead of $300 so going with that. The factory subs totally changed when I reversed the polarity, very happy with them.

Yep I'm sure, there was about two months the E1 got the LS3 in 2008, just before the E2 came out.

Just read the book, 7.6. I've dropped 700mil out today, will drop another 500 tomorrow. I wonder if it would have caused any issues driving around yesterday with 1.2 litres too much oil. I'm super annoyed about it to, this mechanic is well regarded in Canberra, never going there again.

All sorted, so lucky the key started working again or i would have been screwed. Rang HSV they wanted $220. then rang a few locksmiths and one did it with the scan tool for $100, no ringing hsv with the vin or anything, plugged it in, coded the key and she fired up fine. Thanks for the help...

The car is deadlocked, if I open it with the key won't that set the alarm off? And where would I find this red key tag in the glovebox? I've rang multiple locksmiths and most say all they need is the VIN and the key head, is this correct for the HSV's?
