try looking over the usual, fuel filter, oil levels, coolant, spark plugs, has it had a service recently other than the gas conversion? I doubt your air box would be blown, may be something not plugged in properly, does it have a hissing noise at all?

ride is looking great mate. I probably wouldn't bother buying the window surrounds, just get some chrome exterior paint, wet n dry and do a DIY job, may not be genuine calais but will come up as good as your dash job :) can I ask how you did your white dash lights though?
