It is looking good, I've seen it early in the morning on my way to the station a few times. Sounds dope.

    Hey Essassin,

Thanks for the comments mate, Yeah i really like the sound of it, hopefully when i finish the exhaust off with some extractors it will give it a deeper note,
also when i get the money and upgrade the cam to give it that lumpy sound that we all like.

Does anyone have any suggestions to what size cam i should be loking at and what power gains i will be getting?

This is a great specimen of a Thunder Ute ZOMBIE, I very nearly bought a silver 6.0 ss thunder before opting for the VY. What you did with your grille is a great mod.
Great ride height too mate, looks perfect.

Nice clean ute man, wheels suit it well! Ever thought about painting them black? Silver over black looks tough as!

Also I reckon get some gauges up on the dash, will look good!

Other future mods sound good dude :)

    Hey SS Manual,

Thanks for the comments mate, Yeah i love the VZ Thunder, much better shape then the new VE one.

I really like the ride height sits so nice and level now, the rear springs have softened up since new and the stance looks mad when in drive, tucks rim when i boot it.

The grille, i just wrapped the horizontal bars in chrome vinyl, sets it off real good i think.

    Hey Impulse vz,

Thanks for checking out my ride, Im a big fan of the R8 rims and in shadow chrome, my mate has the replicas and he has them in black on a white wagon, looks pretty good, i wouldnt mind changing them on to mine to see what i think before i go ahead and do anything drastic.

As for the gauges on the dash, are you talking about the HSV type that sit in that dask pocket?? I would think they would set the interior off but anything HSV is so expensive and i dont really like the aftermarket ones that much.

Would like to clean up the engine bay a bit and also paint the calipers; red, gloss silver or gloss black. not too sure. red always looks good.

    Im jealous of your rwkw,

I plan on getting OTR, Mafless, Extractors and High flow cats soon with some money from my tax, then just need to cam it (one day) and i should be seeing some good figures.

    Hey mate,

Thanks for the comments on the Thunder.

Im really happy with the stance now that the springs have settled a little.
Yeah the quicksilver is a good colour, it looks like it stays cleaner longer, i do like the impulse colour though.

I saw that you put up some new photos, looks good.

Nice ute mate. Someone should organize a meet in Mornington one weekend for all the peninsula cars. Fountain Gate is nearly an hour away on a Friday night.
