Alchemy was a very popular colour at the beginning of VF.....Dad went into the local Dealership in Dec’13 with his heart set on ordering an Alchemy CalaisV. They had a Prussian Steel undriven demo on the floor ready to go at an end of year deal that he couldn’t refuse.

Alchemy was a very popular colour at the beginning of VF.....Dad went into the local Dealership in Dec’13 with his heart set on ordering an Alchemy CalaisV. They had a Prussian Steel undriven demo on the floor ready to go at an end of year deal that he couldn’t refuse.

Yeah, just googled the initial VF brochure, Alchemy is in there. You don't see many around, so I guess it was limited availability? To be fair, there aren't many bad colours in that initial set.
Some of the later colours (Jungle and Spitfire green in particular) are a not as nice IMO

I even posted a pic of a VF Calais wagon in Alchemy the other day o_O

Would much rather spitfire than alchemy

Maybe.....agree though, it is a nice colour esp when in the sun.
And it shows 12.9 L/100km in its details, coupled with 900 rwkw.
Great work done by 6starmotors on engine efficiency.

Maybe, although I'd expect that would be one of the standard details that is pre-loaded into carsales for each model type.
