6 speed manual , gears grind, 2006 sv6 150,000klms

HI again, hey is anyone having or had this issue, for no apparent reason it grinds going into 3rd intermittently like every 4th gear change and sometimes into 4th , synchros????? , wrong or old oil?

Mine is 177k but have same issue with 1st gear only. Others are smooth! I believe its the oil. Did you change clutch yet since new?

Yer i think its original clutch , my son has only had it 1 month

Maybe the slave cylinder is leaking? As a result the pressure when you press the clutch is not full? I got the car 6 month back so dont think the previous owner changed the original clutch yet. I will check the master and slave cylinders when i do that, also change all oils related to clutch (gearbox and clutch oil)
