Gday, I'm very interested in buying a 1988 VL Executive 3Litre Auto N/A. It's all standard - no mods. Interior is immaculate and the outside is schmicko. Pretty much mint condition throughout with 207xxx kms on it. Even still has standard cassette player haha. I'm thinking of a few cheap mods just to personalise it a bit before I organise a turbo system later on. Such as:
- Usual 3 inch cat-back system + hi-flow cat
- 17 inch chrome mags of some sort
- Stereo system of some quality - Most likely all Pioneer high quality gear
- Legal Super-low King Springs of some degree
- Either auto trans shift kit and/or a B&M Full Manual shifter and/or a stall converter (undecided which RPM)
- 3.45:1 LSD diff gears
- XF Falcon throttlebody
- Then turbo & cooler kit later on
The asking price is 3500 but will negotiate down lots. Is it worth the price?
