Can you guys please post a pic of the back end of the car with SL springs?
As I have some pedders and mine sit a bit low, not sure if they are SL, or SSSL

What is the most common and safe (legal-ish) way to have a car sitting on back, over the tyre by a bit?
Thanks guys! :)

10 centimetres from the ground, to the lowest point on the car, be that diff, body kit or whatever, on a level surface, is the maximum a car can be lowered in Vic (I think).
If that means your wheels are gunna sit inside the guards, so be it.

Either it's legal or it isn't. There's no grey area when the law is completely defined.

Fair enough man.
I've lowered every car I've had, my first VP, my VT, and VY and now a VT again, only this time, I'm starting to get paranoid, and asking questions. (to be on the safe side..) the other times I never cared, never crossed my mind, and was pulled over many of times.

Is it even possible to lower your car, make it look good and still have it legal (100mm)?
Keep in mind, people like the rear to go down a bit close to the tyre.
What does a standard sit on (roughly) at stock?

This. Looking at a picture of a car (especially another model) is going to tell you jack all.

Well, maybe, just maybe, you could get something 100mm long, stick it between the ground and the car and see if it fouls on something. Then you'll know if you're legal or not and work from there. Maybe use the search function too, it's been covered plenty.

Wut?
