VE SS Calais sports wagon
Hey guys I have, from what I can figure, the 6 pot AP racing callipers on the front of my Calais. I done some searching but obviously am being too vague with my searches cause I can’t find anything and I only lucked out to find out what the brakes on the front were when someone here posted a photo of their front brakes stating they were the 6 pot AP racing calipers and mine look identical. So I was wondering if there’s a 2 pot calliper to match to go on the rear to replace the single piston I have?
cheers.

Yeah sorry the original picture was better quality but size restrictions on here made me downsize. Ahh sorry yeah maybe they’re 4 pots. I come from Subaru’s. So the Subaru 4 pots are tiny compared to holden haha.
Mine are the same as these

They're 4 pots from 'E series' HSV's.

the rear hsv brakes are 350mm so u would have to upgrade the brakes to suit matching calipers, i assume your fronts are the 365mm ?

VY Commy
you'd want 4 spots on the rear. not sure how the VE is configured but to fit APs to the the VY I required custom brackets, custom handbrake drum hub / rotor carrier and a larger rotor. The place I got the kit from is no longer in business, no longer selling kits. Must be someone out there making them. You could also try Harrop for a rear set.

I’m not too sure on the size of the rotors. But I figured I’d be upgrading rotors as well. That’s a given.
I have only just bought the car I haven’t had enough time to comb over the the car and sort out what’s what.
Quite a disappointing result haha. Onto the back burner this project goes until I have some disposable cash.
