Is it possible that DBA does not do standard or T2 version for rear rotors ?
The catalogue only shows 4000 series for rear...

They're probably placed in the performance category so they only make them in the top shelf grades.
Lucky you got the callipers cheap!

You bet. Will seal them well with dodo juice wax before fitting. They will be easier to keep clean than the stock calipers as they are painted.
Is this a Thing among detailers?
Asking because waxing wheels with normal wax for paint doesn’t work; the wax gets hot & the brake-dust gets in, and cleaning is a total PITA ‘cos you basically need to strip the brake-dust impregnated wax to clean it.
Is this a special type of wax which works on calipers?

The silver front Brembos on a Series 1 clean nicely with just a wipe (I use a crappy old chamois ... new chamois for windows, middle-aged chamois for wiping inside doors & the like, then when it gets really old & crappy it gets used for wheels & under the sills & brakes).

I was thinking similar. A good ceramic coat would be a better option IMO.

Which chamois do you use on your paint? Or dont you use one?
