Car pictures

I have been thinking because I do a bit of country driving, what would members think about me getting pictures of cars I see sitting round? (and learning how to resize them in the process?)

Would people like cars sitting in paddocks, in yards, driveways? I spot them in all these locations...

Just Holdens or any brand?

I know we have an automotive porn thread, but the cars I spot are cars that have been sitting for a while, so I wouldn't class them as porn...

I'll let people discuss what they'd think of the idea here and leave my personal opinion out of it...

You would be surprised what you find as most that I have found were from a deceased man and his wife was scared to sell the car or did not want to sell the car because the hubbie drove it for 40 years. Some Women today all they want is Money but a few of them wont sell the car because she cherish the car and when she dies then the family can sell the car. Yes found one like this. Put tears in my eyes

I am learning also.
A Ford Prefect ute at Eromanga QLD, same as what my father had on our sheep station back when I was a tacker.

............ same place, a Fordson iron wheel tractor similar to what I used to drive.
I get cold shivers down my spine when I think about it now, must have been about 6 -7 years old at the time..

I save the photo then send it to myself on messenger which resizes it then post it

I have discovered that if I click on a saved photo, right click to a menu, select 'resize' via a slider, save, then right click 'copy', then Ctrl V to the forum post.
This is probably due to computer updates, as there are some actions that I could perform before, but not now.
Don't understand most of it, sometimes stuff works, sometimes not.

Don't think I have messenger.

When I get some pictures, which will probably be this weekend, I'll rip my hair out trying to figure out Imgur....(Haven't got much hair at the moment, due to a haircut a few days ago)....

Barring that, the wife is on fcukbook and I'm sure they automatically resize to the appropriate size for here, so I'll try and work that site out.

Or I can try @figjam method.....

I do similar just on my Instagram story with just general cool cars I see out and about, or what interesting stuff comes in to work here and there. The amount of people that get a kick out of the weird stuff I come across is actually quite surprising.

Easiest way is surely to whack em on Imgur and then insert into the thread from there. Should be able to upload straight from your phone no worries.
