Um one more thing lol. The pic doesn't show the copper tip that's meant to be on the pipe? Also how it that black bit on the pipe lol. I'm still looking at it and can't see how it holds on there in the pic.

The copper tip has a flat side - that goes against the pipe. I fit the black cable with the copper tip into the bottom of the plastic clip and snap it onto the copper pipe.

If you look at the plastic clip on end it has a egg shape in the half circle - the cable slots in there.

May help a few people out if it does. Still the air mix motor still only moves when the temp setting is 28 deg or more.:thumbsup:
