Chevy badges on executive

You are right, alot of early holden's had bow tie's on them, such as the HQ's
Which ran 350's 307's. It's a badge that reflect's a General Motors Company
vehicle.

HQ's were never fitted with 307's. NO HOLDEN HAS EVER HAD A CHEV BOW TIE BADGE ANYWHERE ON THEM!

This is from a monaro,note the chev bowtie on the left hand side of the crossed flags(which is a chev icon also).This is on a HOLDEN from factory.Airstrike i think you should keep your mouth shut and appear stupid rather that open it and remove all doubt.

Thanks Mate, I think it looks great with the badged grille and the bow tie on the boot lid. I get a good responce from alot of people.

probably from chicks or people with no idea what it is.

Its funny how many people that have chev badges also say they have a 350 in their car :rofl:

haha hell yea. i have only seen 1 car which had '346' on it as opposed to every other knob end with '350'

haha reminds me. i know a bloke with a VC with a 253 in it. he had a chev badge on the front. every time i saw him i kept telling him to take it off cos he looked like a wanker. his reply was usually 'nah, it looks cool'. he tole me he had a guy come up to him at the lights in a skyline and say 'ohh sweet man, what size chev you got in it?'. when he said it was a 253 the bloke laughed and drove off.
