Does your scan tool read codes in the EPB, or is it just engine codes?
If it’s just a simple OBD tool this code may be misleading. You need to interrogate the EPB system.

The code was read by my mechanic with what appears a pro scan tool. Big bulky thing with a touch screen

Initially i thought the car was in limp mode, but it's simply stuck in one gear. Probably 3rd. Made it to dealer slowly...
Now lets wait and see...

Customer service garbage as usual. Zero emphaty and concern about my experience, and obligatory, we will charge you $150 for diagnostics if not covered under warranty. Unbelievable...

I mean it's Holden...so it's believable.
Will think hard what to do with it when it's fixed....

Faulty TCM module apparently. Part ordered and should be done by tomorrow afternoon. Covered under warranty. Let's see if that fixes it.
