Good replacement for S1 headunit (for bluetooth streaming)

Does it work for Series II?
Never use dual zone anyway.

Series 1 only. Don't know if SII is in the works.

I only found out about these as I was thinking of selling my VE and getting something completely different. Looked into what stereo/fascia upgrades could be done to other cars and the VE one popped up. So decided to hang on to it and do the upgrade.

I just installed mine this week with a Pioneer AVH-Z9150BT:

No complaints with this setup at all.
Everything works as advertised.

Its a 400% improvement.

HVAC Controls Advantages:

• Remember settings after turning off ignition
• Fan speed settings are much more granular
• Upgrades HVAC to Climate Control
• Display above Head Unit (not shown in my Pic) now displays Date & Time instead of being blank

I would definitely recommend this over the Digoptions head unit.

I replaced mine with the Calais one. Looks tidier now imo.

I would have loved screens all over the dash once... when I was 8.

I just hope there's no other settings that I'm going to need the screen for.
