Is it the right one? (hb)
Welcome to Just Commodores, a site specifically designed for all people who share the same passion as yourself.
Is it the right one? (hb)
Does it look like the one you are replacing?I hope so. Checked with seller (eBay) and they say good to go...
Looks right but time will tell... View attachment 225905
Yes... Very much so IMO...Does it look like the one you are replacing?
Have you tried tapping with a hammer? Is the h/b bolt still in, but loosen of?Fark talk about make things hard for yourself!!
This bastard stupid puller I have is useless.
Current state is I have the old balancer out as far as the bolt will go but it's still on. I've wound the bolt back as you do and it now has about 1/8th of turn before it seats on the balancer, so I can't get it they last bit off, regardless of the puller...
Angle grinder is ready....
The eagle has landed...Have you tried tapping with a hammer? Is the h/b bolt still in, but loosen of?
Another member said it awhile back.
Yes and it did till I couldn't get the last bit. My puller is not conventional as I didn't realise how it worked to start and thought it had to thread into engine. Bolt it came with was too thin so I drilled out the puller so I could get the bolt used to pull puller on thru it, which in turn was wrong so I used a nut pushing back onto puller to do what is is designed to, albeit in a diff way from how it's intended to work. As I say I make things hard for myself but end of the day it's done.Isn't the puller supposed to pull from the edge just outside of the h/b bolt?
