Go the V8 if you don't care about extra insurance, fuel, maintenance costs etc. V8 owners don't like to admit it, but there is a big price difference.
Sorry wogboyz, $10 fuel from VS V6 - VE SS maybe, but not VE V6 - VE V8

yeah, no. the new sixes all sound like pure arse. Like, an actual arse. Farting.

The DI 6's sound ALOT better then the anchors in the Vz's. Go much harder also.

Comming from a 6 to an 8 there isnt that much of a differnce, its not that much that everyone makes it out to be, for that little bit extra i pay id rather have an 8 anyday

It's easily a few grand extra a year, not including the extra cost of the vehicle

if you can afford to run a V8 comfortably and still be able to enjoy what life offers and not have $10 in the account each week go the 8, if not go a brand new SV6 S2

Why does it have to be the series 2? You could get a MY10 SV6 with direct injection then fit an aftermarket screen.

No its not.

Yes it is :)

Difference between fuel for a VE V6 and a VE V8 would easily be $20 more per week. x52 = $1040, so thats just fuel.

Insurance $500-$1000 extra depending on where you live/age etc, ($1200 extra for me)

Then you have extra servicing costs etc. And don't compare a Vy to a Ve.
