Having the right to call yourself what you like doesn't change the genetic fact that you are either male or female.

How is having a male or female option on a form discrimination? You are either one or the other genetically. Your preference to be something else is not relevant to your gender.

I think sex can be determined via genetic/DNA testing.
A few on FB are saying sex and gender are two different things, hence the problem :s

Androgyny is not having gender specific characteristics. EG, you don't look or feel like either male or female, you are still genetically one or the other.

I think you're not really getting it. They were never male or female.

Our current status was only dictated by the church and homosexuals only got the tag in the early 1900's by freud and his ilk.

Before that no one gave a sh1t.

and
African Tribes use to acknowledge a third gender , til the ###tard missionaries told them it was wrong.

You have X and Y obviously, normally you would have XX or Xy. However mutations can happen at fertilisation that can cause different combinations of X and Y to bind.

EDIT: I think - this is what I recall from yr 9 biology lol.....

Who were never male or female?

People are genetically male or female. I think Hermaphrodites are the only exception with both XX and XY chromosomes, even then, they are not the ones that are having a whinge about sexuality, as they usually identify themselves as either male or female. An Androgynous person is genetically either male or female, they just don't either look male of female, or don't really identify as male or female.
