And the only thing that has let us down (broken down) was the idler pulley.

Bought the wife's 1995 VR series II Calais 5.0lt in 1997 had 127000k's on the clock. it now has 290,000k's, it also still runs Mobil 1 & never had the heads off.
My VS Calais is a 1997 model, it was originally a s/charged V6. At 250,000k's the original owner decided to replace the V6 with a HSV VT crate engine & holden remanufactured Tranny.
it now has 267,000k's on the clock (& a Healthy shot of Nitrous)

Got the VS ute at 118,000k's auto has just ticked over to 129,000 goin up higher than i want lol only had a few months, servicing roughly every 10,000's

190k, the alternator went, a new coil pack and leads and a earthing problem

go a VS done just over 200,000 kms had problems with radiator but got that fixed. Had a truck hit me in the rear and my boot does not always shut properly, cant actually see the damage unless you look properly tho =| other than that car runs fine.
