How to customise your engine cover

Hey infus10n how did you go about painting the sequentual injection and v6 so good. with it been so small

With a paint brush being very careful.

well I didnt want to hold heat into the plenium and I didnt want to have to polish a plenium either so I just painted the plenium, let me know what ya's reckon.

Polish it all... Looks like a mini Group A if you do duel throttle body's lol

haha would be good if someone custom built a plunum thats looks like the group a ones.

Jecs with your engine cover did you use a clear coat or anything to stop it from getting dirty

nah i didnt use any clear coat. i used VHT paint. if i was going to do mine again id use proper car spray paint so it doesnt go dull.

Would any of you think a Holts paint pen would be easier to do the lettering with over a brush?

Why not? I think a good light sand all over will definately make the paint stick better.
