I had similar problem recently, I used a tool easily available from eBay.

Simply remove rubber cap, undo nut until level with end of thread of wiper motor (to ensure the thread isn't damaged) then undo sufficiently to loosen the arm, at which point the nut can be fully removed and arm removed.
Problem now, is I am unsure how to remove washer tubing and jets from arm assembly. If anyone can HELP please?
