Intake Manifold Gasket Replacement

G'day all,

Just wondering if someone could please post a walk-through of how to replace the Intake Manifold Gasket on a '98 VT Commodore and what bits and pieces are needed (Brands too if you think one is better then the other)
Also is flushing the rad required?
I have youtubed a few vids and seems like a bigish job, I just wanted to get some advice from here before undergoing the process.

This should help some. Pretty easy to do but take ya time and best to buy a manual for torque settings, Yes you need to get a torque wrench !

I did search the forums, don't know how I missed it.

Anyway, I have read on other forums that its a good idea to flush the Radiator as well. Just wondering if there is a walk through for this as well and if its really needed.

@ VS-S-PACK, I have downloaded those vids, nice little walk through as is most of Matts stuff, although there is a lot of assumptions made that you know what your doing, I needed something a little more comprehensive.
I assume you were talking about the Gasket and not flushing the Rad...

3.8 litre inlet manifold to cylinder head bolts (1997 and 1998 models)......... 8 to 12 Nm
Inlet manifold to plenum bolts................................................................10 to 14 Nm
