Not sure what what one it was but it was off a mechanic worth around 5k, didn’t matter if the car was cold or warm, even after taking it for a quick blocky it still came up with o2 codes for left and rightWhat scan tool are you using?
O2 sensor not ready is normally during cold start. Engine has to run for a period of time before they are up to operating temp.
