L98 ticking noise

g'day just wondering if anyone can try and have a crack at figuring out what this noise is. its an l98 walkinshaw berlina , the engines been fully rebuilt, and just recently the engines been making a ticking sound.
sounds like its coming from one of the pulleys maybe, dosnet sound like its in the engine. nothings loose at all either so dont really have any ideas.

Yep, it also sounds like it's coming from one of the pulleys to me also...

ive given them all a shake and there not loose, could be that the belts keeping them tight, or there not loose enough to shake but still somewhat loose

Pull the belt of and start it see if noise goes to diagnose that

oh true yeah ill try that tomorrow and see. if it still makes that noise it may be the harmonic balancer (i doubt it though) or something else
