What's the reasoning behind putting it under there? Won't it make it annoying to get out, when that panel has about 20-25 screws?

What's the reasoning behind putting it under there? Won't it make it annoying to get out, when that panel has about 20-25 screws?
With all the mods in the bay and relocating stuff such as the power steering res and coolant overflow now being were the battery use to be I decided to use the empty space for the battery. And I am going to make a aluminium panel to replace the old one so it’s lighter and probably only bolt it down with 6 bigger bolts
