Lights flickering in 2013 VF Commodore

I've noticed an issue: every time I put up the windows, move the EPA steering wheel, the lights start to flicker, and is especially noticeable if I have the interior light on. I checked my battery out at Repco today and it's state of charge and health were all on 100%. I've also Googled this issue, and came back to a thread on this forum saying that many had the same issue.

Is my alternator stuffed or something?? Feeling a bit worried now.

What is an EPA steering wheel? Elec Power Assisted?
I'm no expert, but it sounds like an earthing issue, or dodgy regulator. Do the lights still flicker if you hold the revs at say 2,000 rpm?

Yep, electric power assist.

And lights don't flicker at all when revving engine.

It is the window motors cutting out when the window closes and cannot go up any further.

Steering is electric. So it drains current too. Time to get the battery and alternator tested mate.

I got the battery tested and it said state of charge 100%. Battery health 100%. If the alternator was going surely the state of charge wouldn't be 100%?

Did they use a load tester to check the battery?
Is it still the original battery?

No, don't think it's the original battery. They used a device to measure the battery voltage. The car says it runs at a constant 12-13v.
